Why XeoNote runs on UK infrastructure
We default to UK data centres because jurisdiction is a feature, not a footnote. Here's what that decision means in practice.
When customers ask where their notes live, we like the answer to be short. Default tenancy for XeoNote is the United Kingdom — London and Manchester data centres.
Why default to the UK
Three reasons. First, our UK customers want a single jurisdiction with a regulator they can call. Second, the team lives here — operating something we can drive to is a meaningful difference at 03:00. Third, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 is a sensible floor for everyone, regardless of where they live.
When the UK isn't right
EU customers on Enterprise can elect for Frankfurt tenancy. US Enterprise customers can elect for Virginia. We honour the choice and document it in the contract. We don’t offer everywhere — we offer three places we run well.
